1. How did you meet your U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse/sponsor?


We met through mutual friends at a gathering. We developed a strong connection and started dating soon afterwards.

2. How long have you been married?


We have been married for 6 years.

3. What activities do you and your spouse/sponsor do together?


My spouse and I enjoy a variety of activities together, such as going for walks, exercising, watching movies, reading, cooking, playing board games, and exploring new places. We also enjoy spending time with our children and extended family.

4. What is your relationship with your current employer and how has it changed since you married?


I have a good working relationship with my current employer. We have a mutual respect for each other, and I have been able to achieve positive results for the company. Since I got married, I have become more confident in my role and have even been able to take on more responsibility and leadership roles. My relationship with my employer has only become stronger since getting married.

I have been living in the United States for almost 10 years.

6. Why do you want to stay in the United States?


I want to stay in the United States because it provides me with a great opportunity to pursue my educational and professional goals. The United States has some of the best educational institutions in the world, and I want to take advantage of these resources to build a successful career. Additionally, the US has a robust job market and offers numerous opportunities for immigrants. I am also drawn by the unique cultural experiences that come with living in such a diverse country.

Yes, I am familiar with the immigration process and laws. I have worked in the legal field for many years, and have been involved in several immigration cases.

8. How do you financially support yourself in the U.S.?


I financially support myself in the U.S. by working full-time. I currently have a job in the technology sector that pays a salary that enables me to cover my monthly expenses, while also setting aside money for savings and investments.

9. Do you intend to travel abroad in the near future?


No, I don’t have any plans to travel abroad in the near future.

Yes. There are certain obligations and conditions attached to obtaining a Green Card. These include: paying taxes, not committing a crime, not receiving public assistance, maintaining a valid immigration status, and maintaining a U.S. address. Additionally, in order to keep a Green Card, individuals must reside in the U.S. for a certain amount of time each year.

Yes, I have a cousin and an aunt who are currently living in the United States. Both of them have green cards, which grants them permanent resident status in the country.

18. Are there any other people who are claiming to be part of your family and requesting a visa on that basis?

20. Is there anything else that would help support your application for a Green Card?


Yes, gathering and presenting evidence such as financial records, employment records, proof of family relationships, educational credentials, certificates, awards, and other documents which demonstrate my qualifications and background as well as my ties to the US can help support the application for a Green Card. Additionally, having a qualified immigration attorney review my application and provide guidance throughout the application process can also be beneficial.
